Reservation Request

This form is for reservation requests not for quotes or pricing. Please call our office or refer to this website for pricing and availability. Pickup and return hours are 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday and 8am to 12pm Saturday & Sunday. Please keep these hours in mind when making your reservation request as these are the only times we are available.

To request an order, please fill out the form below. Submitting the form below does not automatically reserve your requested rental items, please allow us to review and confirm your order after submission.

We will confirm your reservation to the email provided within 48 hours – if you don’t receive a response please call 505-994-9163, as sometimes our response is blocked by email filters.

After filling in your name and contact information, the order form includes sections for all of our rental options. If  you aren’t interested in renting equipment from a particular section, just skip that section entirely.

For items that you would like to rent, please enter the quantity you are requesting into the input box. When we receive your order, we will confirm that we have the requested equipment available on your desired dates.

At the bottom of the form there is a text area to include any addition notes, comments, or questions.

After you are done inputting the quantities of requested equipment and other details, click or tap the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page and the order details will be sent to us for review.

  • Please Note: normal pick-up and drop-off hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am – 12 noon.

    Our standard rental period is 24 hours.
